This is the moment when hotel staff are seen removing towels from the poolside loungers to allow everyone in the establishment a chance to get the best spots.
The video shows a hotel manager in Turkey stacking several brightly coloured towels on his shoulder in an attempt to clear space by the pool.
The 10-second long video, shared to The TikTok was titled ‘Tanning Bed Wars. Stay in and protect yourself at (all) costs’ and features Madonna’s song Holiday playing over it.
While the staff member dressed in a white polo shirt was seen blatantly cleaning the most-visited spots three days ago, a second video posted yesterday by the same social media user shows the hotel staff doing it again.
The second video, titled ‘Guess Who’s Back… Back Again’ with Eminem’s The Real Slim Shady playing over it, shows a staff member collecting even more towels, this time right next to a relaxing customer.
TikTok user The Railway Queen shared a video showing a manager at her hotel in Turkey stacking towels over his shoulder in an attempt to clear space by the pool.

The staff member was seen returning the towels to his colleagues, although it is unclear what they did with the collected towels.

The continent has seen heightened tensions over sunbed wars, with one man spotted scoring six prime spots at a Spanish resort.
In a video posted to TikTok last month, guests at the Village Hotel in Benalmadena, Spain, can be seen with towels in hand, ready to rush to their desired locations once staff give them the go-ahead.
A man in a bucket hat can be seen claiming six sun loungers by quickly throwing his towels along two rows of three.
This comes after Mallorca announced plans to end towel wars by introducing an app so people can reserve sun loungers in a bid to end battles on the beach.
According to the plans of Palma de Mallorca City Council, sun loungers on the beaches of the municipality – Ciutat Jardí, Cala Estància, Can Pere Antoni, Cala Major and Playa de Palma – can only be reserved through an app, reports BILD.

The individual appears to have reserved six beds in a prime location right next to the pool.
The beaches will also be equipped with Wi-Fi and video surveillance, and the plan is scheduled to begin in 2025.
Reservations will work in a similar way to seat reservations on airplanes, with the app showing which loungers are occupied or free to reserve.
Bookings can be made online, regardless of location, and pricing is transparent to ensure everyone is treated equally, the report says.
Until then, however, tourists will continue to fight for sun loungers, as seen in the latest video posted online.
In a comment below the TikTok video of the Village Hotel in Benalmadena, one person joked: “Wanna know what happens next? Do they all sit back and chill?”
Another said: “My idea of holiday hell,” while a third added: “I’m glad I hate sunbathing.”
