Dr. Matt Agnew and his best friend Khanh Ong continued to fuel dating rumors on Wednesday night when they stepped out for a self-confessed ‘date night’.
The former Bachelor contestant, 36, and the MasterChef Australia star, 30, have been the subject of speculation about their friendship time and time again.
But it looks like the platonic friends aren’t letting romance rumors stop them, as they shared a photo on Instagram of themselves spending quality time together once again.
Khanh could be seen snapping the selfie in close-up as the duo snuggled close together, captioning the image with a cheeky “date night.”
The handsome couple wore all-black suits and Khanh sported a luxurious Prada top for the occasion.
Matt and his good friend Khanh were recently seen hanging out in September.

The couple enjoyed a affectionate outing at the Australian Ballet’s Oscar world premiere in Melbourne.
The friends posed together on the red carpet, smiling for photos as they embraced each other closely.
They were also spotted enjoying a holiday together in Noosa last October, hugging each other as they strolled around the Queensland coastal town.
The friends were joined by SAS star Mark Wales and his wife Samantha Gash as they spent a fun afternoon on the beach.
Matt and Khanh have become very close over the last few years, holding hands, sharing ‘date nights’ and hugs regularly.
But they denied there was anything “sexual” about their bond while speaking on the Feast podcast last year.
“It’s the lack of affection that straight men show to other men that makes people assume there must be something sexual there,” Matt said.
‘Everyone should feel comfortable enough with their sexuality to not feel uncomfortable showing affection, whether they are men or women.
The former Bachelor contestant and the MasterChef Australia star have been the subject of speculation about their friendship time and time again.
“There’s that random line in the sand: No, guys can’t show affection, which is stupid.”
Matt went on to explain that the couple likes to share a platonic hug since they are both single and need company.
‘Humans are very social creatures. Pampering and hugs, that releases dopamine and makes you feel good,’ he said.
‘For everyone, women and men, hugs are important. That physical comfort and being able to feel safe. It is something inherently human.”
Matt added that the men will call each other and say “let’s have a movie night, let’s hug” and that “it makes them feel better.”
Khanh, who is openly gay, explained that they have been friends for years and provide each other with company.
“The rumors are hilarious because he (Matt) is the straightest cisgender man and I’m obviously gay. We’re friends and we hang out together,” he told Daily Mail Australia in recent years.
‘We provide something to each other that I think we’re both missing and that’s just camaraderie.

“We have dinners, we talk about our careers and what we want to do next, and it’s just a sounding board where there’s no judgment and I think it’s a really healthy relationship.”

Matt appeared on the 2019 series of Channel 10 dating show The Bachelor, which saw him ride off into the sunset with Chelsie McLeod.
However, the romance fizzled out after three months and she later confirmed she was dating comedian Gen Fricker, before revealing she was single.
