The fitness influencer gave her 17.5 million Instagram followers a look at her morning celebrations, which included several pink balloons, streamers and confetti decorating her living room.
“Suddenly 30,” she simply captioned the post.
Tammy’s children, Wolf, eight, Saskia, six, and Posy, one, joined forces to surprise their doting mother by putting up the decorations.
The 30-year-old also shared a video hugging her fiancé Matt Zukowski, dispelling rumors of relationship problems.

The post follows weeks of reports that there was trouble in paradise with Love Island star Matt, with many pointing out that they had not appeared in each other’s posts for some time.
Last Monday, eagle-eyed fans noticed that Tammy and Matt were no longer following each other on Instagram.
It wasn’t long before the pair quickly followed each other again.
The couple also enjoyed a luxury getaway to Byron Bay in recent weeks.

The rumors surfaced after fans speculated why Matt had left Tammy’s feed.
An anonymous fan sent a message to Instagram account Aussie Influencers Opinions questioning her absence, writing: “Am I crazy or has Matt left Tammy’s social media for years?”
In response, the account theorized that they are still involved and spending time together, but they don’t tag each other and have decided to “leave” each other’s social media.
“They both spend time together but aren’t as obvious in posts or tagging each other,” the page speculated.
Despite concerns they are rushing to the altar, the couple told Daily Mail Australia they are “very happy” together.
