Fort Bend County medical examiner discovered she had been strangled, according to… KHOU 11.

Police also found the body of Florida, 34-year-old Kevin Alexander Accorto. The coroner said he committed suicide with “multiple sharp force trauma.”

“It is not believed that there was a relationship between the suspect and the victim,” the Richmond Police Department said in a statement.

Authorities said there was no sign of burglary in the apartment, and they are treating the deaths as a homicide-suicide.

Sister London Gagnier claimed that Janae was stalked before her death.

London wrote on Instagram: ‘She hasn’t been robbed. It was just a stalker from the state stalking her.”

Police have not commented on a possible motive and the investigation continues.

She was also a popular content creator on OnlyFans.

The rapper Bow Wow wrote on her Instagram: ‘Stop playing, we just spoke on Thursday, don’t be like that, dude! New.’

In a second Instagram post, Janae’s sister London mourned her death, writing: ‘Yesterday was the worst day of my life.. my heart is gone. My soul is gone.’

A friend of Gagnier’s, who visits HTownCiara on Instagram, said that “Mercedes didn’t have a sugar daddy or a pimp. Never did. She was not robbed. She didn’t have HIV. She didn’t have COVID, she didn’t have an accident. Yes, she was murdered.’

“When the investigation is complete, the family will release more details.” HTownCiara added: “It’s crazy that we even have to post this, but you’re all going crazy with these crazy disrespectful ass stories.”

“It is not believed that there was a relationship between the suspect and the victim,” the Richmond Police Department said in a statement

Gagnier’s neighbors responded to KPRC-TV on Monday about the murder.

“What I thought was safe, turns out not to be. We have so many rules and so many guidelines that I would never expect someone to breach our security and someone would be killed on this property,” Roderick Shaw said.

“It’s safe here, we have the gates the gate, you have to have a code to get in, a code to get out, I’m just in shock,” Edna Swist said.
