In his most recent video, he proudly announced that he has been clean for three weeks.
‘It’s going to be hard. I’ve been free of drugs, cigarettes, alcohol and vaporizers for 21 days now,” he said. “Just believe in myself and use pure willpower and nothing else.”
He also offered some advice to others who might be struggling with addiction.
‘I’m just going to tell you that when you decide to quit something, your brain will go into overdrive.
“You’re going to get stressed, you’re going to go completely crazy, everything is going to make you angry, the smallest thing is going to send you into overdrive.”
‘I just want you to know it’s okay. You can get frustrated, angry, angry, and cry out loud.
A young Australian said he is motivated to break his destructive habits by making “my mind, body and soul stronger than ever.”
The inspirational young man said he is giving up alcohol, drugs, cigarettes and vapes by “simply believing in myself and using sheer willpower and nothing else.”
But stay focused. “There will be many factors that will affect your brain and try to hit you and hit you and hit you, before you just fall and collapse,” he said.
‘Dig deeply into yourself and recognize that you are worthy and can achieve a good life.
“It’s going to be difficult, your brain has been fed all these negative things your whole life, and when you take them away, your brain fights for them, screams for them.
“You won’t be able to sleep, you won’t be able to eat properly, you won’t be able to go to the bathroom, everything will be a frustration.”
“You’re going to have to relearn how to deal with the slightest emotions, and that’s part of the deal.”
He had an inspiring message for his followers and said he stays motivated while transforming his life.
‘Just know that it can be done… there are a lot of impacts in life, but you just have to believe in yourself and keep moving forward, man.’
In a previous video, he revealed why he embarked on his journey to become clean.
“I haven’t been the best person in my life recently or with anyone else I’ve ever been in my life.”
‘It’s a real moment of change. I’m breaking out of my destructive habits.’
“I chose the hardest time in my life to quit smoking so I could develop my mind, body and soul stronger than ever.”
He said he has moved on and is only focused on the future.
“A lot of people are coming back into my life from my past life and trying to tear me down and push me down and bring up past issues.”
“Honestly, none of that matters… it’s all in the past for a reason.”
Many Australians praised the young man for tackling addiction.
