When it comes to life on the road, it doesn’t get much more luxurious than this.
Real estate YouTube creator and actor Erik Van Conover has gained access to the world’s most expensive RV, which boasts an array of luxurious features and a $2.5 million price tag.
In a short film, Erik gives a full tour of the sleek home on wheels, which he says is larger than some New York apartments he has visited.
He explains that each LOKI Coach Prevost motorhome is custom-built to meet the owner’s requirements.
As for who the company’s clients are, he says they are ‘top artists, the top of the music industry, Formula 1 racers or high-level businessmen.

As for who the company’s clients are, he says: ‘They are top artists, the top of the music industry, Formula 1 racers or high-level businessmen.’
‘The motorhome is one of those luxury goods that has been somewhat relegated to the background, I would say, compared to a jet plane or a yacht.’
The property expert starts in the cabin of the RV, where he reveals that the white leather seats alone are worth $20,000 each.
It then reveals a Garmin touchscreen panel, which can be used to control lights and heating throughout the motorhome.
In total, there are 10 Garmin dashboards spread throughout RV Eric’s private routes.
In the main part of the vehicle is a spacious living area with a 65-inch TV that folds out behind the cabin area.
There are two sofas, one of which can be folded out and converted into a bed, and a dining area with a retractable table.
Moving into the kitchen area, Eric finds a variety of clever features including an induction hob, a stainless steel microwave and a drawer dishwasher.
As he opens the drawers, he explains that all the cabinets are electromagnetic, so all the cupboards and drawers “automatically stay closed when you’re away.”
Back in the bedroom, a king-size bed, a 50-inch retractable TV and two closets are among the luxurious features.

Off the kitchen area, there is one of two bathrooms and from there, there is a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom to the rear.
Eric seems taken aback by the sleek ensuite bathroom, saying it has “the kind of finishes you’d see in a $40 million mega-mansion in Los Angeles.”
Some of the accessories and hardware that stand out include an in-shower bench, LED bar lighting and discreet ‘linear drains’.

In total, the house can accommodate four people, two on the sofa bed and two in the bedroom.
In terms of aesthetics, a clean white color scheme runs throughout the RV with light wood accents adding to the light and airy feel.

Concluding his tour, Eric reflects, “Overall, this is one of the most impressive pieces of machinery (and) craftsmanship I have ever visited, if not the most impressive.”
To make the camper feel even more spacious, it can extend two feet on each side when stationary thanks to the sliding sides.
Discussing some of the vehicle’s technical details, Eric says it is equipped with two “huge” lithium batteries that could keep it running for a week and there are solar panels on the roof.
Stepping outside, there is an outdoor kitchen located at the bottom of the RV, and there is another flat screen TV so you can create an outdoor movie theater.
In hot weather, awnings extend from the roof to provide shade.
