Photos have emerged showing the squalor Rosie O’Donnell’s troubled daughter was living in when she was arrested for child neglect last month.

Authorities arrived at Chelsea Belle O’Donnell’s home in Wisconsin on September 10 after Chelsea herself called the police about a domestic dispute with her boyfriend, Jacob Nelund.

There, police found deplorable conditions, with her 11-month-old son’s crib allegedly surrounded by hypodermic needles.

Footage from the scene shows the exterior of the 27-year-old’s Amberg home littered with trash, including a refrigerator and other furniture.

Police have said Chelsea initially tried to downplay the dispute between her and her boyfriend when authorities arrived at the scene.

He simply said that he argued with Nelund and that his son, Atlas, was still inside the house.

“I tried to ask her more questions and you could tell Chelsea was not being honest at all,” the police officer wrote in his report. “This was a repeat of what happened a few weeks earlier when I was at his house for a similar incident.”

When officers investigated further, they found a methamphetamine pipe with residue inside.

Police arrested Chelsea and searched Atlas, where a box of hypodermic needles was allegedly found in the boy’s bedroom.

While in the patrol car, Chelsea admitted to having something in her bra, which police described as a vial-type container and a clear plastic bag with some white pills.

“In the black vial was a white crystal-like substance that I know to be methamphetamine,” the report said. Police alleged that Chelsea had 18 grams of methamphetamine.

Both Chelsea and Jacob’s pupils were dilated and did not respond to flashlight shining into their eyes, indicating to authorities that they had likely been using recreational drugs, the report alleges.

‘His facial features were sunken and he was missing some teeth. “His muscle tone was very stiff and it seemed like he was flexing even though he wasn’t,” the police report alleges.

‘I asked him what other drugs he was using today and he said he only smokes marijuana. From my training and experience, I know that marijuana will not have this effect on your eyes.

“I had previously seen this type of impairment in someone who had smoked methamphetamine.”

Officers described how the house was

Officers described how the home was “unkempt and dirty” inside and out.

Police went on to describe the unpleasant conditions inside the home.

“The inside of the house was disgusting (with) milk that stank so much it almost made me vomit, dirty diapers, used feminine hygiene products, dirty underwear with feces and blood stains and used razor blades on the floor,” she wrote an officer in the police report.

“The living conditions in the house were horrible,” the officer wrote, detailing how he and another officer found a used methamphetamine pipe in Chelsea and Jacob’s first-floor bedroom.

Meanwhile, in Atlas’ room, ‘some of the needles were used and had dried blood on them.’

“I know that drug users often use urges like this to inject meth into their arms or ‘hit themselves,'” the officer wrote in his report.

A second officer described a similar scene, writing, “The overall appearance of the house, inside and out, was unkempt and dirty.”

“Upon entering the residence, I smelled a strong odor of animal urine and feces,” the officer wrote. according to Radar Online.

A third described how there was old rotten fruit, “garbage, random tools and butane bottles on the floor, all mixed in with (the boy’s) clothes.”

Officers also found a methamphetamine pipe and a meth pipe “that a small child could have easily grabbed.”

“Under a baby crib, I located a black and silver digital scale, some used gem bags with white residue, and a sharps container that had more used and unused hypodermic needles,” the report continues.

“In a pile of clothes I found a straw that had been cut and burned.”

Police said both Chelsea and her boyfriend, Jacob Nelund, had dilated eyes and did not respond when a flashlight was shone in their eyes, indicating to authorities that they had likely been using recreational drugs.

The report also claimed that Chelsea was “sweating profusely” and was very nervous while police were at her home.

“It appeared that Jacob and Chelsea were more concerned about his drug addiction than providing (the baby) with a clean and safe environment,” police alleged.

During their search, police also found evidence suggesting drug trafficking may have been occurring inside the home and that a methamphetamine cooking system was in place.

Chelsea was then charged with four felonies for maintaining a drug trafficking place, child neglect, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of THC.

She was released on bail, but just weeks later, Chelsea was arrested again after police found methamphetamine in her possession during a traffic stop on October 11.

“Chelsea reached into her right front pants pocket as we attempted to grab her and threw what we later discovered was a methamphetamine pipe into the Oconto River,” Oconto County sheriff’s deputies wrote in a criminal complaint. obtained by Fox 11.

‘Chelsea tried to throw him over the fence and into the river, but missed. The meth pipe hit the fence and bounced off the sidewalk, breaking.

Apparently he also took pills like oxycodone, Morphine sulfate and hydrocodone pills stuffed in her bra.

Police charged her with possession of methamphetamine, bail jumping and possession of narcotics, all felonies.

Police records show Chelsea remains in jail, despite a judge setting her bail at $5,000 on October 14, according to OK magazine.

He has reportedly been unable to raise money for his release.

Chelsea is due back in court next month to address both cases.

‘Unfortunately, this is not new to our family. Chelsea has battled drug addiction for a decade; “We all have hope that he will find a way out of this deadly disease.”

The 27-year-old has four children: daughter Skylar Rose, five, Riley, three, Avery Lynn, two, and Atlas, who just turned one.
