The home’s current owner let YouTuber Enes Yilmazer inside so he could take a comprehensive tour.

Before the Enes tour begins, former house listing agent Tye Stockton explains the key components of a standout Colorado house.
“So, the importance of natural light in Colorado is one of the first things we think about,” he says.
“We really want to let every location in the house let in natural light. In a lot of the rooms in these homes, the art is actually the scenery…the view.”
Back in Enes, the YouTuber begins to ramble outside, highlighting how the natural wood cladding gives the home a ‘rustic feel’, the garage door is clad in copper, and the heated driveway is big enough to comfortably hold 12 to 15 vehicles.

“The importance of natural light in Colorado is one of the first things we think about,” says the home’s former listing agent, Ty Stockton.

When it comes to the drug’s name, Enes reveals that it was inspired by the novel Walden by American transcendentalist Henry David Thoreau.
He concludes: “This house’s unique architecture and connection to the outdoors was inspired by Walden… It is a fitting tribute to a novel that celebrates the beauty of simple living and natural surroundings.”
