The incredible Byron Bay retreat featured in Nicole Kidman’s hit series Nine Perfect Strangers has hit the market.

Surrounded by dense bushland, the boutique ‘wellness’ getaway features 10 bedrooms and 10.5 bathrooms.

A price guide has not been set for the magnificent platform that features a geodesic dome, an outdoor cinema, a pool and a fire pit.

However, the Sydney Morning Herald reported Saturday that the elegant villa has already attracted an offer of $15 million.

Owners Peter Ostick, a technology entrepreneur, and Gary Garrow, a meditation expert, built the property known as Soma in 2019 after purchasing the nine-hectare site in 2016 for just $1.8 million.

The property was used for the filming of Nine Perfect Strangers in 2020.

Located inland in Ewingsdale, 5km from the township of Byron Bay, the center was designed by architect Rieky Sunur and features a concrete and timber style.

Highlights include floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning views of the surrounding hills.

The second floor also features elegant walls covered with vertical wooden slats.

Inside the main house, guests have access to a chef-style kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances and plenty of counter space.

Meanwhile, the dining room offers stunning views of the lush landscape.

According to Soma’s website, a four-night full retreat package that includes a king-size bed is worth $3,390 per person.

Meanwhile, in 2021, Soma owners were asking $6,820 for a single-day rental.

Fans of Nine Perfect Strangers will recognize Soma as the location of the sinister “wellness” retreat that was key to the popular crime story.

In the series, Nicole plays Masha Dmitrichenko, a Russian expatriate and founder of Tranquillum House.

Melissa McCarthy, Bobby Cannavale, Reginal Hall and Samara Weaving are guests who come to the retreat in hopes of being healed and spiritually transformed.

But things quickly go wrong for the guests when the truth about Nicole emerges.

The series reunites Nicole with Big Little Lies creator and writer David E. Kelly, as well as novelist Liane Moriarty, who wrote the novels on which both series were based.

Soma’s ‘yoga’ geodesic dome featured prominently in Nine Perfect Stranges, which debuted on Prime Video in 2021.
