Unbeatable views, a private pool, luxurious interior design and plenty of space to play – this is what one of the most luxurious properties in California offers, as shown in a revealing video tour.

YouTube star and property expert Enes Yilmazer gained access to 4130 Isabella Street in San Clemente, California, after announcing its launch for $55 million.

Built in 2007, this luxurious residence enjoys a prime location overlooking the Pacific Ocean and is just two doors down from President Nixon’s former “Western White House.”

Over the course of nearly 45 minutes, Enes gives a comprehensive tour of the 12,854-square-foot space, which he describes as a blend of Spanish colonial and Mediterranean influences, with a modern twist.

As he walks through the sprawling home, Enes continually comments on the dark wood-beamed ceilings, singling them out as one of his favorite features.

He tells viewers: ‘I’m sorry for pointing out these beams and the wood-clad ceiling throughout the episode, but I feel like it’s a nice touch.

“You have all these modern, smooth surfaces and finishes and then these beams contrast with the different surfaces. And I personally love that.”

Enes also seems fascinated by the master suite, which is one of six bedrooms within the sprawling abode.

He calls the space “impressive and grand,” with a private sitting area, fireplace and a “huge” picture window offering views “of the Pacific Ocean, the pool, the backyard (and) these mature cypress trees.”

The home’s sleek contemporary interiors were the result of a two-and-a-half-year renovation, Enes says, that cost $10 million to complete.

While furniture isn’t included in the $55 million price tag, the YouTube creator notes that there is the option to purchase it, making the move completely painless.

Going outside, Enes is equally surprised by what he finds.

The property sits on a 2.6-acre plot, with “lush” foliage and “uninterrupted views of the Pacific Ocean.”

A 55-foot pool with automatic cover and tree-patterned mosaic bottom serves as the centerpiece, with a patio space framing it.

However, Enes says his favorite part of the garden is a small seating area overlooking the ocean.

As he takes a seat, he reflects: ‘This is the point on the property where you can be closest to the ocean.

‘What we have in front of us is actually a very famous wave, and we had some very big waves, but later in the afternoon the wind started to blow and the waves flattened out a bit. But it’s still beautiful to see.

‘People have their surf shacks, everyone enjoys their time.

‘You have this cozy little area to sit here and listen to the waves and watch people surf.

‘I mean this is amazing… honestly, these views and this section here might be my favorite part of this house.’

The estate agents describe it as an “extraordinary property,” with “extraordinary attributes, captivating views and a prime location (that make it) an unrivaled offering.”

Echoing similar sentiments, Enes concludes: ‘I mean, when I think about buying a unique property, this is the type of property I imagine.

‘You have the terrain, you have the frontage and on top of that you get a really unique experience.

“Can you imagine spending your days, your weeks here looking out at these views every day, walking barefoot outside and enjoying this property? That’s all I have to say.”
