Located on Main Ridge near Arthur’s Seat, just 85 kilometers from Melbourne on the Mornington Peninsula, he told fans on Tuesday that the renovated home will feature three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a luxurious sculpted garden.

Construction of the property has already begun, led by the prestigious firm The Melbourne Builder and Co.

“We are removing (walls) and expanding living spaces,” Bec said in the post.

The former model described the property’s new design as “a rural ranch” and revealed plans for a luxurious kitchen.

He also said the new platform will feature Patagonia, a quartzite stone from South America and supplied by Melbourne company Signorino.

“It’s very bold and helps enhance a warm neutral palette,” she said.

A designer’s animated clip also shared in the post revealed that Bec plans to use the luxurious stone as a breakfast island.

Other architectural simulations shared in the post show what the original modest home will look like once finished.

Features include what appears to be an outdoor barbecue lunch and entertainment.

Bec made headlines in March when she took to social media to announce He was planning to donate the entire contents of the original house to charity.

On Instagram, she asked her 758,000 followers for advice on which charity to donate to.

She said everything in the property would be included, from dishes to appliances, and shared her desire to donate to a refugee housing charity or women’s shelter.

She wrote: “We are about to renovate our house on the Mornington Peninsula and would like to donate all the contents to a charity in need of a complete home installation.”

Rebecca and Chris, 40, bought their sprawling Main Ridge property in 2016 for $1.2 million, while they also own a $7.3 million mansion in Brighton, Melbourne.

In August 2022, Mornington Peninsula Shire approved their plans to upgrade the hideaway to create a “modern, secluded rural escape”, The Herald Sun reported at the time.

Situated not far from a country road near the small town of Arthurs Seat, the bush property is home to towering trees, ferns and native plants.

The idyllic country house also has gardens, an orchard and an orchard.
