After the celebrations on the field, Brian To’o received a crown from his wife and then the players moved to the sheds to continue the party.

Players showed off their 2024 Grand Final rings, and some had several on their fingers as they celebrated the incredible fourth peat.

Many players wore ski goggles to prevent alcohol from getting into their eyes and could be seen wearing colorful Polynesian candy necklaces around their necks.

The team was bussed from the stadium to the club grounds in the early hours of the morning, but not without a stop at the Panthers Leagues club.

‘Best ever… Big love for the riff!’ Nathan Cleary captioned an Instagram clip of the club in party mode.

The players were still playing as Monday dawned, with Izack Tago posting a clip on social media of his teary-eyed teammates.

Normally, the team would greet fans at BlueBet Stadium after the victory, but the club decided to delay the official occasion until Wednesday.

On Monday, the players will party behind closed doors at a function organized by club boss Matt Cameron.

The players were showered with champagne as they embarked on the party to end all parties.

Asked on Sunday night how the title of being the best team of the NRL era suited them, Cleary suggested it was now indisputable.

‘In the NRL era, definitely. “I don’t think there’s much more we can do,” the Penrith halfback said.

‘That Dragons team back then was an amazing period and achieved an amazing feat. But in terms of the NRL era, yeah, it’s pretty crazy.

“We’ve lost great players along this journey and we’re going to lose more next year, but we keep finding a way, people just step up.”

‘Paul Alamoti came in and lost Critta (Stephen Crichton) and then Taylan May, and now he’s on the big stage just completely breaking down.

“It’s special to have that culture and attract people who just do their job and probably get over it, to be honest.”
