Meghan Markle has added a glimpse into her kitchen via an ad on her new Instagram business page.
The former royal, 42, launched the US Riviera Orchard brand earlier today – said to have been in the works for a year and to feature ‘all the things close to her heart’.
So far, the site consists of just nine posts, boasting a regal-looking logo for the company, which features the letters A and R in an italic font, in gold, intertwined.
But the story includes a video that gives viewers a hint of what viewers can expect.
Among the photos shared in the story is a photo of Meghan cooking in a kitchen filled with an array of high-end lifestyle kitchen items. Some of the items appear to be part of the kitchen, while others look like they could be products from the brand.
Meghan Markle’s (pictured) new lifestyle Instagram page features a short video clip showing the former senior royal cooking in a stylish, rustic kitchen filled with lifestyle goodies
1. Design bakeware
In the video, Meghan appears to be stirring something in a bowl. Nearby sits a large ceramic bowl.
The rustic-looking pale cream bowl appears to have a textured design and could be among the items Meghan will sell.
2. Toppings and butter
It is believed that among the items that will be available for sale through American Riviera Orchard are a selection of listings.
These are believed to include nut butters, as well as preserves and jams and other dairy-based spreads.
The video shows Meghan stirring what could be one of the toppings from one of the many small containers surrounding her.
The lavish video comes alongside a series of nine cryptic Instagram posts that make up the brand’s logo along with the name: ‘American Riviera Orchard Montecito’
3. Metal decanters
And stylish dinner parties will offer guests tasty options like olive oil and other dressings.
A bronze bottle sitting on the wooden sideboard appears to be in the form of a serving bottle or carafe – perhaps part of Meghan’s lifestyle inventory?
4. Serving utensils
For those who do not want to fill their dining table with various jars of spices and flavorings, what better than small bowls that can be used as serving utensils.
These small pieces can be used alongside the larger serving platters and bowls when trying to create an aesthetically pleasing meal.
5. Metal fruit stand
One of the standout pieces in the video is an ornate metal stand in a color similar to bronze or copper.
In the video, it’s filled with yellow fruit—perhaps local lemons—but this magnificent centerpiece could be used to hold a variety of items.
6. Plates
It is believed that Meghan will sell plates under her brand, and a white plate – which appears to have a square shape – is balanced on her preparation station.
The neutral color perhaps hints at the types of shade the Duchess will choose when it comes to her products – with beige, cream and other neutrals likely to be popular.
7. Glass decanter
In addition to the metal decanter, the sideboard appears to boast a glass decanter.
This would be ideal for serving water or other soft drinks – or perhaps it could be used for wine which could be decanted before a meal and given time to breathe.
8. Various serving bowls
Another clue that the brand can offer a wide range of tableware is the collection of small bowls in neutral colors that surround Meghan as she cooks.
There appear to be bowls in a variety of sizes, as well as colors, with a small light blue piece along with cream, white and beige items.
9. Metal chargers
Another copper style item in the kitchen appears to be a charger – a large decorative plate used as a base for other food offerings.
While chargers are not usually eaten directly from, they offer a decorative touch when offering a selection of dishes.
The Duchess of Sussex launched her ‘passion project’, a website called The Tig, back in 2014, naming it after her favorite Tignanello red wine
10. Dinner clothes
Not far from the charger sits another metal, much smaller dish, which appears to be another piece of dinnerware.
It seems the luxury lifestyle brand is definitely targeting those who like to make a good impression when they cough.
11. Beverages
In addition to all these eating utensils, it is of course important to have some drinking utensils as well.
Placed on the corner of the work surface appears to be a large, oversized mug, perhaps made of glass, which would go with the other neutral colors.
12. Cloth napkins
Behind Meghan, there appears to be a pile of pale fabric – maybe linen napkins?
The material appears to be a light cream color and napkins are believed to be among the items the brand will sell.
13. Cookbook
Located almost imperceptibly among all the plates, bowls and other pieces of serving ware, it appears to be a book.
With Meghan’s love of food well known, and with the rest of the range so far boasting kitchenware, could it be a recipe book?
14. Copper pans
Copper pots are a mainstay of every professional – or serious amateur cook.
This special metal distributes the heat evenly, and is therefore sensitive to the needs of the cook.
In addition, the attractive color of the metal is an additional design feature in the kitchen.
Plus, having the pans hanging not only saves storage space, but also brings some decor to an otherwise dead space.
15. Exposed masonry
Always a special architectural feature, the room has a wall of exposed brick, a trend that is always in style.
Depending on how exposed brick is used, it can give a room a multitude of different looks – for example, industrial.
In this kitchen, together with the muted colors and the pieces of wood, it gives the room a rustic feel.
16. Stove
No high-end kitchen is complete without a stove, and Meghan’s is no different.
Against the back wall of the room is the medium-sized stove, which is silver.
It appears to have eight gas hobs on the surface, meaning there is plenty of space to cook a variety of dishes at a time.
An insider told the Daily Mail about the brand: ‘It’s a lifestyle and cooking brand called American Riviera Orchard.
‘The brand is intended to coincide with the launch of a new cooking show for Netflix. Meghan will make and sell products such as jam.
‘And at some point there will be a book and blog etc.’
The brand will focus on home, garden, food and general lifestyle goods.

The label is set to function as an extension of her former lifestyle blog The Tig, an insider told Page Six Style
Royal commentator Richard Fitzwilliam told MailOnline: ‘The Sussexes don’t do anything by accident, in my opinion, and timing is often absolutely crucial. We kind of found out over the weekend, and we’ve just been reminded that there may be more shots in their locker than some of us thought. And it’s not by chance.
“For years they’ve been unpredictable, but they’ve been predictable in one way, and that’s the flawless timing when they think it’s beneficial to get information out. They don’t do anything by accident.”
Meghan’s new venture is said to have been in the works for some time, with rumors of a ‘true to who she is’ commercial venture emerging last year.
Insiders claimed that future projects for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex will “reflect their diverse professional interests and talents and are the result of significant consideration of their future direction and careers”.
A source claimed: ‘They’re both working on their own stuff. They fully support each other’s concepts and ideas, but they are different from each other.
