Kyle Sandilands celebrated his milestone 50th birthday in style last month.
And now the KIIS FM star has revealed what really happened at the bash, which was held on a superyacht in Sydney Harbour.
The shock jock appeared on Will and Woody this week, saying his family from North Queensland got “fired” with fellow star guests at the event.

He added that he thought that singer Samantha Jade would only play one or two songs, but that she is turning her performance into a “mini concert.”
‘guy [Sebastian] was there, sang Samantha Jade… eight songs later I thought “okay, this is a full concert”. She had dancers,” Kyle said.
He said hilariously that one of his family members confused Samantha Jade with Kylie Minogue.

Aunt Pauline said, ‘I can’t believe you let Kylie Minogue sing on your birthday!’ he exclaimed.
He added that his family from far north Queensland were “pretty well behaved” and “wearing all their best clothes” as they mingled with his celebrity guests.

Kyle even made a dramatic and epic entrance at the party by popping up next to girlfriend Tegan Kynaston in a private speedboat and hopping aboard.
Also at the bash were Kyle and Jackie O newscaster Brooklyn Ross and Kyle’s manager and close friend, Bruno Bouchet.
The shock jock was given a luscious three-tier “King Kyle” cake as he joined the guests on board.
Behind the cake was also an eye-catching gold balloon display and light numbers with the large ’50’.
