James Corden gave fans a glimpse inside his $10 million luxury home in Los Angeles as he prepares to move back to the UK for good.

The chat show, 44, will soon be wrapping up his time hosting The Late Late Show after deciding he wanted to return to England after eight years in Los Angeles.

The comedian recently filmed his latest segment of Carpool Karaoke with his best friend Adele as she surprised him by arriving at his house while he was in bed.

Adele, aided by James’ camera crew, entered through the front door and gave fans a look into his spacious entrance hall.

The Gavin & Stacey star’s home has mahogany floors and a dark brown carpet that leads into the living room.

James gave a glimpse of his kitchen in other segments of his show, where a massive white marble island dominates the room.

The walls were covered in white tiles and matching cupboard while the star added a stylish finish with black worktops.

James plans to sell the house after he returns to the UK, as realtor Alicia Drake was spotted at the property in October.

The comedian purchased his five-bedroom Brentwood home for $9.7 million in 2017 after moving into the property from a rented mansion in Pacific Palisades.

The lavish estate spans 8,600 square feet and is complete with seven bathrooms, a wood-paneled library, media room, and private gym.

James previously admitted it was “terrifying” to leave The Late Late Show as he revealed he’d come back to the UK because there were “people at home who are getting old”.

“I get excited and scared,” he said on CBS This Morning, “and maybe this is the place to be because you’re jumping into the unknown.”

‘It’s a great job, it’s the best eight years of my life and it’s given me more than I could ever dream of.’

“Our goal is to get out the way we came in. We’ve got some really big things planned. I’ll say it right now, I’m going to be such a mess on this last show, I just won’t be able to put it together.”

But the reason for leaving is because we are so far from home in Los Angeles, and there are people at home who are getting old that we want our kids to know and be around.

'I think anyone with kids knows that feeling of wanting to put down roots somewhere where your family is going to be,' James said (pictured April 2023)

“Look, it’s terrifying, who would walk away from something like that? But at the same time, filming a show like Mammals made me think maybe there are other things I can do.”

James will return to the UK with his wife, Julia Carey, and their children, Max, 11, Carey, eight, and Charlotte, four.
