Australian supermodel Elle Macpherson, 60, has revealed she secretly battled breast cancer seven years ago and is now in remission – but raised eyebrows by saying she refused chemotherapy and instead treated the cancer “holistically”.

The supermodel shared more of her wellness tips on WelleCo website, Supplement company of which she is the founder.
She usually gets up with the sun, which is when she likes to go outside and put her feet on the ground to connect with the earth.
She also starts her day at 5 a.m. with a simple smile, before hydrating herself with water and lemon and heading outside.
“I love being outdoors and connecting with nature,” she said. “I choose activities that allow me to be outside, as close to nature as possible: hiking, biking, swimming, or just sitting outside in the fresh air and sunshine.”
The model also has a nightly routine that she loves, which consists of an infrared sauna followed by a cold bath in my soaking tub, a smile, and placing her hands on her solar plexus.

According to Elle, practicing mindfulness helps her organize her day and she tries to implement a regular bedtime routine.
She exercises regularly and incorporates cold water baths into her daily routine.
“I like to take a dip in cold water after working out and then sip some matcha in the sun before getting ready for the day,” the model said. Body and Soul.
