Jayde and Nicole Berry have been inseparable since they were toddlers and look so similar that everyone they meet thinks they are twins.

The two Sydney sisters go on holiday together three times a year and share clothing, tattoos, gym sessions and even TV shows.

But soon they will be almost as close to each other as the seats on their next flight to Hawaii after buying matching first homes next to each other.

Jayde, 27 and Nicole, 24, are moving this week to two adjacent townhouses in Moorebank, southwest of Sydney, worth a combined $ 1.4 million.

& # 39; It just makes sense, right? We do everything together and everyone thinks we're twins & # 39 ;, Jayde told Daily Mail Australia.

The couple even plans to pull down the fence that separates them two meters apart to make one big one, and then buy two dogs – destined to become best friends – to play in it.

& # 39; We have always dreamed of buying houses next to each other, but we never thought it would really happen & # 39 ;, said Jayde, a travel agency.

& # 39; I started searching and that made Nicole think it was a good idea, and when we found the mansions next to each other, we thought it was perfect.

& # 39; We will be so much about each other's houses that it will be difficult to tell who's who, and live as much in each other's business as at home. & # 39;

& # 39; We all love the same things, have a similar taste in food and we are both really loud. No wonder people can't tell us apart, & Nicole said.

HOW THEY HAVE DONE

Instead of getting money from their parents or becoming hermits to pay their mortgages, they still take three vacation days together a year.

All this time they saved $ 400-500 each week for the past four or five years, but they only got a little tighter.

& # 39; You don't have to do anything crazy, just be smart what you spend your money on, & # 39; Jayde said.

& # 39; We were just smart with our spending and did not spend on takeaway meals or new clothes, going out, taxi & things that are not essential.

Nicole said she started working at her local IGA three or four nights a week at the age of 15 and then got a job in cosmetics directly from high school.

Together they recently filmed an episode of Celebrity Name Game and were on Family Feud years ago. This weekend they will help organize a charity event that gives makeovers to mothers of terminally ill children.

The sisters take their friends Blake and Luke, who have been best friends since college, when they leave their parents' home for the first time.

Jayde and Blake bought the $ 710,000 mansion with four bedrooms and two bathrooms, while Nicole and Luke took the three-bedroom bedroom for $ 690,000.

& # 39; We have always saved, first for cars & then for houses, and I don't think we will stop – it's good to stay economical, & # 39; she said.

Jayde noted that there was never a better time to buy property in Sydney after years of runaway real estate growth that was finally reversed last year.

& # 39; I think we bought it in the market at a very good time, it is all the way down. & # 39;

Real estate experts believe that property prices are about to bounce back after a fall of nearly 20 percent since the staggering heights of 2017.

Monthly falls have been delayed to nothing and many suburbs are starting to see modest increases that will increase next year.
