One of Australia’s largest banks has been hit by an outage just weeks after the last one.
ING Australia announced on social media platform X on Wednesday that customers had reported difficulties accessing the banking app and website.
“We are aware that some customers are experiencing issues accessing the ING app and website,” the post said.
“Our teams are investigating this issue and we will provide further updates shortly.”
“We are very sorry to the customers who have been affected.”
He fall detector The website received more than 1,000 notifications since 7.30am on Wednesday.
The outage comes just four weeks after customers suffered another outage.
ING Australia customers first reported being unable to access the website or banking app around 9am on Wednesday 30 October.
At its peak, more than 2,300 customers reported problems accessing ING Australia banking services.
