Influencer couple Chloe Szepanoski and Mitch Orval are selling their two-bedroom, two-bathroom Gold Coast apartment just two years after purchasing it for $910,000.
Chloe, 24, and Mitch posted a video to Instagram on Wednesday, showcasing the apartment to their fans and asking interested buyers to contact them directly.
The images flow through the apartment’s spacious living room, bathroom and bedroom, showcasing the breathtaking views of the beach.
“Building has great amenities. Pool, sauna, spa and 50 meter walk to the beach,” they wrote next to the images.
The beautiful property features beautiful contemporary architecture, including an open plan design, a master suite and basement parking.

Located in the prestigious Gold Coast suburb of Broadwaters, the five-bedroom, four-bathroom Hampton-style home sold for $2.65 million, at a loss of $900,000.
After originally purchasing it for $1.85 million in February 2021, the couple renovated the beautiful trophy home.
Highlights of the sprawling two-story 1980s home include a classic design that combines Old World features with modern luxury styles.
It comes after Mitch told Realestate.com.au the couple sold it to take advantage of the Gold Coast’s booming property market.
“We have our own personal lifestyle choices and just decided to take advantage of the market and see what happens,” he said of the decision to sell.
Mitch, the son of viral celebrity Mark ‘Angry Dad’ Orval, said he was first attracted to the house because of its “old American style” and “character”.
Mitch and Chloe are popular social media influencers and have a combined 900,000 followers on Instagram.
