Social media influencers were left shocked after they were allegedly divided into groups based on their number of followers at the Revolve after-party at the Stagecoach festival.
The online fashion retailer co-hosted an after-party with streetwear brand Pizzaslime at this year’s edition of the country music festival in California.
But in an effort to make the highly anticipated party more exclusive, organizers reportedly placed a sign indicating the minimum fan requirement right outside the venue.
TikToker Rhegan Coursey (@rhegancoursey), who has 1.3 million followers, posted a video from the party’s entry point with the board in the background and told his followers, “I’m leaving the after-party because of this sign.”
The images show one of the boards with the message: “Over 1 million followers enter here” and an arrow pointing left.
Meanwhile, another board posted the message: ‘Less than 1 million followers enter here’ and an arrow pointing to the right was also placed at the location.

The texts ‘Pizzaslime’ and ‘Revolve’ were also written on both signs.
Coursey could be heard telling his viewers: “That’s very strange to me.” Like what?
‘I get exclusivity and shit, but we’re not celebrities. (We are) normal people, I don’t know. That was really strange to me. Leave.
“I’ll probably never be invited to any of their parties now, but… I’ll see everyone when I get home.”

A creator named Anna, who happens @annaxsitar and has 12 million followers on the video-sharing app, wrote, ‘UM WHAT,’ while Christina Roki, who goes by @cristinarokicommented, ‘You’re a real one.’
One viewer further wrote, “the fact that you’re over 1 month old and you’re still gone,” while another commented, “the fact that you’re gone.” automatic tracking.’
Another user also wondered: “I want to know if there are people checking phones at the entrance.”
But while Revolve attempted to maintain exclusivity at its event, invited influencers were quick to criticize the “poor planning” of the event.
According NBCGuests could only enter the Festival by taking designated shuttles, which picked them up at an empty parking lot about a mile and a half from the Merv Griffin Estate.
But influencers revealed via Instagram Stories and TikTok that transportation was disorganized and poorly equipped for large crowds.
Some even said they waited for hours under the scorching sun, without food or water.
Influencers revealed via Instagram and TikTok stories that transportation at Revolve Festival was disorganized and ill-equipped for large crowds.
Averie Bishop, a creator who said she was invited to the festival but didn’t go because of transportation issues, revealed, ‘Influencers get a bad reputation for acting entitled. However, their status as influencers aside, many people were simply waiting outside in the heat for two or three hours without water.
“It was a difficult and unsafe situation that could have easily been avoided.”
Bishop further said that “very few” buses rotated between the venue and the pickup location and that they picked up guests more frequently in the VIP line than the general admission line.
‘My friend and I decided to just bail out when conditions got worse. “A girl almost fainted and a security guard rushed to get water,” she commented.
Revolve has yet to publicly comment on the allegations made by these influencers.
