Sarah divided the internet last week after revealing what she’s packing for her toddler son for preschool.

She shared a video of her packing a variety of “healthy” snacks for him to take to preschool, including curried eggs, cucumber and carrot sticks.

Lunch also included a serving of low-sugar, high-protein blueberry yogurt, pumpkin seeds, a five-seed cracker, avocado, and fresh fruit.

“This is all he eats in a day at preschool, the only change next week will be that there will be no Babybel cheese,” he said in voiceover, explaining that Fox doesn’t like Babybels anymore.

However, the lunchbox left her 1.2 million followers divided, as they took to the comments section to share their honest opinions about the range of healthy snacks.

Some followers commented on the “minimal” amount of carbs included in the lunch, while others said their kids aren’t allowed to have eggs due to allergies.

They wrote: ‘Tell me how you get them to eat cold eggs!!!’; ‘We cannot bring eggs to our daycares or schools due to allergies’

‘Why not egg salad on a sandwich? It has no carbohydrates hahaha’; ‘Delicious. Just wondering why there is a carb minimum for a growing child.

However, other fans shared their support for the lunchbox and praised it for being able to get their five-year-old son to eat such a wide variety of healthy foods.

While other fans added: ‘I’d love to see more of these!’; ‘I love this! What curry powder do you use? Trying to find a good one!’

‘What a great lunchbox. How to get your toddler to eat vegetables? My 4 year old son has completely stopped eating vegetables (he only likes pumpkin)! Any advice would be very helpful,” someone else said.
