Of the many questions people have for Ballerina Farm’s Hannah Neeleman, there’s one the mother of eight gets more than others: Does she want to have more children?
The 34-year-old beauty queen and her husband, 35-year-old JetBlue heir Daniel Neeleman, previously took to Hannah’s TikTok. to answer the burning question: “How many children do you plan to have?”
Although they haven’t confirmed if they will have more children, they certainly don’t rule out welcoming a new baby.
“This is by far the number one question we get,” Hannah said.
“We don’t actually have a number,” Daniel chimed in. “We’re just trying.”
Hannah and Daniel Neeleman share eight children, all between the ages of 12 and six months.
Hannah and Daniel met and married when she was 21 and he was 22, after meeting at a college basketball game.
Hannah and Daniel, who are members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, are raising their eight children: Henry, 12, Charles, 10, George, nine, Frances, seven, Lois, five, Martha, three, Mabel, three, and Flora, six months, on their 328-acre farm in Utah.
Their ultra-traditional lifestyle came under intense scrutiny following a recent article by The Times of London which gave a vision of its reality.
In the piece, the couple talked about whether or not they wanted to expand their family.
“For me it’s a prayer thing,” Hannah said in the July 27 article. “I think, ‘God, is it time to bring another one to Earth?’ And I’ve never been told no.”
Daniel added: “But for some reason, it’s exactly nine months (after having a baby) that she’s ready for the next one.”
Hannah added that growing their brood is “definitely a matter of prayer,” while Daniel said, “It’s a matter of prayer, but in some ways it’s exactly nine months.”
However, Hannah is happy with her life as it is, she told The Times.
“I feel like we’re doing what God wants,” she said, while Daniel nodded: “We’re kind of on His chore.”
Shortly after marrying, Hannah and Daniel welcomed their first child together, a boy they named Henry, followed by two more sons in quick succession, Charles and George.
After graduating from Juilliard, the budding dancer put her career on the back burner to focus on starting a family.
Their ultra-traditional lifestyle has come under intense scrutiny following a recent Times of London article that provided a glimpse into their reality.
Many comments on TikTok referenced the article, which claimed that her husband often spoke to her during the interview and noted that she was so exhausted by her hectic lifestyle that she was bedridden for days.
“She’s not a machine that f…k you up… this is crazy. She’s exhausted. She can’t have vacations, she cooks all day without anyone’s help… (poor) woman,” commented one user on the video.

Hannah and her husband launched their company Ballerina Farm in 2019, which now sells a variety of products made from their livestock, including ground beef and pork, as well as desserts and fresh produce.
