Influencer Ellidy Pullin has sold the Gold Coast home she shared with her late snowboarding partner Alex ‘Chumpy’ Pullin.

Ellidy sold the four-bedroom, two-bathroom home at auction for $1.76 million, after making the difficult decision to downsize with her two-year-old daughter Minnie.

The sprawling property features an open-plan layout complete with a media room, pool, and entertainment deck, plus a fenced backyard and two-car garage.

According real estate.comThe luxury home was the most viewed property at auction in the country.

The two-story property last sold for $935,000 in May 2018.

Influencer Ellidy Pullin has sold the Gold Coast home she shared with her late snowboarding partner Alex ‘Chumpy’ Pullin.

Ellidy recently revealed she had decided to downsize her two-year-old daughter Minnie while speaking to Chloe Fisher on her Darling Shine podcast.

The sale comes after Ellidy revealed she had decided to downsize in an emotional decision, admitting she felt “very sad” about putting the house on the market.

“I’ve decided it’s time to downsize,” he told his co-host Chloe Fisher on her Darling Shine! podcast.

‘I feel stuck… I said I would never sell or move out of this house… I feel very sad. “I am very sad about this, but it is time.”

The Australian model shares her daughter with her late husband, Olympic snowboarder Alex ‘Chumpy’, who tragically died in July 2020.

She was 32 when she drowned while spearfishing off the Gold Coast, but through a process of IVF and sperm recovery, Ellidy was able to give birth to her daughter Minnie in October 2022.

Ellidy sold the four-bedroom, two-bathroom home at auction for $1.76 million.

The property features an open floor plan, media room, pool and deck for entertaining, plus a fenced backyard and two-car garage.

According to realestate.com, the two-story home was the most viewed auction property in the country.

‘I didn’t want Chump to just die and be gone. I felt like this was giving a part of him back,” he previously told AWW.

‘We wanted a baby, and I couldn’t think of anything I wanted more at that moment than a person I could love and cherish.

‘Now that she’s here, I know it was meant to be. I see and feel a lot of Chump in her. I know I have done the right thing with all my heart.’

“Having Minnie is a constant reminder of her beautiful father in the best, most bittersweet way,” Ellidy told News Corp Australia.

A two-time snowboard cross world champion, Chumpy was Australia’s flag bearer in Sochi in 2014 and a mentor to many up-and-coming snowboarders.
