An influencer has responded to online trolls who criticized her decision not to have children, as she admitted she would “regret” having children.
Karina Irby, 34, from Brisbane, Australia, addressed her followers’ concerns during a recent Q&A on her Instagram page, @karinairby.
The influencer, who has 1.1 million followers and serves as CEO of swimwear brand Moana Swim, often shares glimpses of her life online, although she often finds herself in the line of fire of the critics who question her decision not to have children.
In the question and answer session, she was aptly asked, “Are you planning to have children?” to which Karina responded with a snap of her and her husband, adding: ‘No. Children of a couple chosen here.
The response seemed to anger several critics, with one person writing: “Will u back (sic) this decision if you don’t have kids.”

The 25-year-old says she doesn’t want to have children or the responsibility that comes with being a mother, while dads have fun.
‘I would love to be a father, I would love to be a dad. “I don’t have that option, I would have to be a mother, and there is no way I would ever want to be a mother,” she said in a TikTok video.
