A Belgian couple who repeatedly raped their four daughters and used them as sex slaves left them with sexually transmitted diseases, bruises and pelvic injuries.
The mother and father, who have not been identified for legal reasons, were sentenced to more than a decade behind bars after subjecting their daughters to horrific abuse when they were between 12 and 21 years old.
The parents abused the four girls, one of whom is said to be the man’s daughter while the other three are the daughters of another couple’s wife, because they wanted to have threesomes but did not have funds to hire prostitutes, local media report.
As a result, the mother would take the girls from their bedrooms and take them to her partner, where he raped them up to nine times a day, and the mother had allegedly occasionally participated in threesomes.
The couple, both in their 40s, threatened the girls with being homeless if they rejected their sexual advances; One of them was told that sex would help her own relationship, while another was told that it would help her lose weight.
The brutal abuse at the hands of the duo from Limburg province came to light after the two youngest daughters managed to escape from the family home on bicycles on December 30 last year.
After arriving at a sexual violence center, the sisters reported that they along with their other two brothers had been repeatedly raped since January 2022.
An examination found that the two girls had suffered pelvic injuries, bruises and sexually transmitted diseases, according to Dutch media outlet De Telegraaf.

The girls were given alcohol, muscle relaxants and lubricants when the abuse occurred.
The mother’s text messages to the girls showed the level of manipulation they faced, with messages revealing how she told them that if they didn’t participate they would destroy the family.
Following the escape of the two youngest daughters, the couple were arrested at their home on December 30, 2023 and later appeared in a Tongeren court for their crimes last month.
The mother admitted during a police interrogation that she participated in the rapes of her daughters and stepdaughter because her partner often beat her if she did not comply.
She also confessed that she was afraid of losing him and was worried about ending up on the street.
The daughters were raped up to nine times a day
Meanwhile, the father accused his partner of having had the idea of raping his daughters. He also claimed that it was often girls who approached him.
When handing down the sentence, the judge said: ‘The proven facts are very serious. The accused used their daughters to satisfy the father’s sexual fantasies.
‘At first they tried to do it through paid sex, but when they discovered that there were no longer financial resources available or that they could not find anyone, the defendants turned to the children of their own family and treated them as free sex slaves.’
The man was sentenced to 15 years in prison.
The judge said: “He could not control his sexual urges and showed absolutely no respect for the sexual integrity of his daughter and stepdaughters.” Completely misleading, he continued to maintain that everything happened at the children’s request.’
The mother will spend 13 years behind bars.
“As the mother of three victims, she facilitated the abuse of her own daughters, putting them, so to speak, at the disposal of her partner and putting her relationship with him above the sexual integrity of her daughters,” the judge stated.
‘The statements show that she herself orally satisfied at least one of the victims. Therefore, he directly participated in the violations.
