Ina Garten has revealed what she admires most about Martha Stewart as rumors of a reignited feud circulate, and some may find her answers quite surprising.
The two agreed that their friendship soured in the early 2000s, and Garten, 76, claimed they “lost touch” when she moved to Connecticut.
However, Stewart, 83, recently claimed during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen that Garten actually stopped talking to her when she was sent to prison in 2004.
But despite the alleged bad blood between them, Garten gave an interview to The Wall Street Journalwhere they asked him what he admired most about the home magnate.
The Barefoot Contessa star was able to give a full answer and had plenty of praise to give Stewart.

Unfortunately, it now appears that things may have gone wrong between the two of them.
Stewart’s appearance on Watch What Happens Live wasn’t the only time he inferred that Garten stopped talking to him when he went to prison.
He also talked about it in a September profile that The New Yorker did at Garten, but her publicist later told the magazine that she was “not bitter at all and there is no dispute.”
Meanwhile, Garten has “firmly” denied that Martha’s prison sentence had anything to do with their breakup.
This month, Garten released her memoir, Be Ready When the Luck Happens.
