One of the suspects, Yago Pereira, 23, was shot in the leg and chest and was taken to an urgent care center and later found on Friday at the Contagem Municipal Hospital, 37 kilometers away, in the town of Contagem.

He has been charged with three counts of murder and is in police custody at the medical center.
