The billionaire heiress of In-N-Out appears to have poured cold water on a viral claim about the chain’s alleged “secret menu.”
Lynsi Snyder, 42, made a rare comment after two food influencers claimed that In-n-Out customers could order meals “monkey style” — meaning with animal-style fries topped with a burger.
The post was shared by the Hungry Hotline Instagram account, run by Justin and Becca Schwartz, and has since racked up 126,470 likes.
But Snyder cheekily commented with a raised eyebrow emoji, followed by a thumbs down below the post.
Many were quick to respond to the comments, thanking her for “exposing these fake menu items” and calling her their “hero.”
Others jokingly claimed they felt duped by the account’s claims and tried to order a heart-stopping sandwich, only to be “laughed at”.

This comes after Snyder recently said that fans can rest easy knowing that prices won’t be going up anytime soon.
While food and grocery prices have skyrocketed elsewhere, In-N-Out fans can still get their burger for the same price.
“I’ve been sitting in meetings where he’s telling me we can’t raise prices that much. We can’t,” she said. Today is the show.
“Because I felt an obligation to take care of our customers. When everyone else was making these leaps, we weren’t.”
He made the comment after California raised the minimum wage in the fast-food sector to $20 an hour.
Despite not raising menu prices, Snyder has vowed to keep workers employed by opting out of mobile ordering options so as not to disrupt the experience.
“There are many things that could be cheaper and easier, but that is not the system we follow,” he said.
Snyder is the last remaining blood relative of Esther and Harry Snyder, who started the famous chain in 1948.
