An eight-year-old father reportedly beaten to death with a guitar in his own home may have saved three lives by donating his organs.
36-year-old Shannon Weller slept with his wife on March 23 when a man reportedly climbed through the window of their Gladesville apartment in north Sydney and beat him with the musical instrument.
He died on Sunday of horrific head injuries at the Royal North Shore hospital.

Michele Noel Risi, 35, was arrested Sunday in Byron Bay after a six-day manhunt, according to the Northern District Times.
He has been charged with murder.
Mister Weller’s family has one Support me to help pay for the funeral.
His mother-in-law, Johann Thornton, described him as a “hardworking” plumber.
She said he had left behind a “wife and eight beautiful children.”
Ms Thornton also revealed Mr Weller’s last incredible selfless act.

“My daughter cannot afford the funeral.
