In a viral video, which has so far racked up more than 49,000 views, the former ‘lazy girl broke’ detailed how she can be financially free without working anymore.

She said, ‘I’m going to show you how to get rich while you sleep.’
So, Nicole said that first, you have to understand that ‘society has been lying to you’.
The self-made millionaire explained that you don’t need to work more hours or start a second job to become rich.
“We don’t work harder here, we work smarter,” he said.
The first way to make money without doing anything is to be a shareholder in a company.
Nicole explained: ‘Dividends are when you own a piece of a company, so you own shares, and that company shares its profits with you, simply by being a shareholder.
‘You don’t have to do anything for that money.’
And while she points out that at first, you won’t earn as much as a shareholder, it will grow and eventually make you rich.
In a viral video, which has so far racked up over 49,000 views, the former ‘broke lazy girl’ detailed how she can be financially free without working extra using leverage.
Nicole then suggested “making money with other people’s money” by taking out a loan and investing it.
“Over time, as you continue to invest, those dividends will add up and grow for you until you get to the point where I am now,” he said.
He went on to say that you need to understand ‘leverage’ because it will ‘change your life’.
“Leverage is about achieving the most result with the least effort,” he explained.
‘Instead of always looking for ways to employ yourself more, like putting in extra hours or starting a side job, because your time is a limited resource, look for ways to make something work for you, like your money.
‘If you make $50,000 a year, I don’t want you to see it as $50,000, I want you to see it as little $50,000 workers.
Nicole told her viewers that if they do these two things they can maintain a wealthy lifestyle without working extra hours.
“And putting those little workers in the stock market can make you a millionaire in your sleep,” Nicole revealed.
Nicole then suggested ‘making money with other people’s money’.
‘Borrow a loan and invest it in something like real estate that provides you with a monthly cash flow. Think about this, if you invested $50,000 in the stock market and you got a 10 percent annual return, that would be $5,000 and that’s great.
‘But, if you took that same $50,000 and put it into a $500,000 property, the same amount of your own money, but you got the money from the bank to buy a more expensive asset. That asset increases 10 percent, and now you just made $50,000, which is a 100 percent return on your investment.
