However, a Kentucky massage therapist has shared a simple trick to avoid pain that affects more than 130 million Americans.
James Moore posted a video on Instagram this week of himself with his back to a wall.
Place one foot on the wall behind him, then place both hands in front of him.
He leans in slightly until his butt is about to hit the wall.
Moore, who has 2.9 million followers, advises in the post to do the exercise 10 times in three sets.
