Tulisa surprised fans by not staying in the £1,000 per night JW Marriott in Australia Gold Coast, where their evicted campmates will stay until Sunday’s final.

A source told the outlet: ‘Tulisa was quite upset and completely taken aback by the suggestion that she had fallen out with Michelle – they are closer than ever. They flew back to the UK together and laughed off all the speculation.

“She wanted to return home, to her close friends and the comforts of home, and after a meeting with ITV, all parties agreed that this would be best for her.

Reports emerged that Tulisa had a fight at the hotel after she was kicked off the show with her best friends, Michelle McKenna and her boyfriend, Daniel Johnson, something her representatives have denied.

‘Michelle and Daniel were there, on a trip funded by ITV and only by Tulisa. They were there because of her and she trusted them with her social networks.
“When she came out of the jungle and saw what they had put there, she got upset and caused a big fight. You can’t help but think that seeing her friends living like this while she was struggling in the jungle must have really upset her.
“They were in a five-star hotel, with most of the expenses paid, so it all feels a little bad for Tulisa,” they added.
‘She is very upset. She was distraught to see what had been posted and wanted to get rid of it as quickly as possible.
