The presenter, 62, will travel to Australia for the ITV show, following in the footsteps of her Loose Women co-stars, former Jungle Queen, Stacey Solomon, Charlene White and Olivia Attwood.

A TV source revealed: ‘Jane is very excited about the I’m A Celeb challenge.

“She’s been separated from Gary for two years and it’s time for her to set a new goal: to really experience what she’s made of.

“It has been a transformative few years for Jane and doing the show, which will be completely out of her comfort zone, is something she is really looking forward to.
