A 35-year-old man has revealed the anti-ageing habits that have made him look 20 years younger and have caused strangers to constantly mistake him for a “teenager”.
Brandon Miles May, a medical writer from Detroit, Michigan, says his secret to maintaining a youthful appearance has been to stay out of the sun and avoid alcohol.
She also attributes her wrinkle-free skin to not “working out too much” and embracing the “feeling” of being young.
Brandon also attributes his appearance to his diet, explaining that he lives a healthy lifestyle. of fresh fruit, plant-based foods and fish, all of which help you feel as young as you did 10 years ago.

“I attribute not drinking to my youthful appearance. I really embody the feeling of youth. I think it has helped me. I think and look young,” he explained.
Brandon claims that not only has he never had a sip of alcohol, but he has also kept his skin away from the sun his entire life.
“I’ve been staying out of the sunlight all my life,” he said. “I wear a hoodie to block the sun and I cover the backs of my hands with physical protectors.”
Brandon has been taking care of his skin since he was just 13 years old and has worked hard to maintain his healthy lifestyle.
His long-standing fixation with his health and biohacking methods have led him to use a number of preventative techniques to maintain his wrinkle-free appearance.
Brandon, also a social media content creator, said: “When I go through airport security, they ask me how old I am. They look at me twice.”
‘The age people think I am varies, but it could be 15 or 16 or 18 or 19.
“I’ve never had any work done on me. What I do is pretty simple but effective.”
Brandon, who also owns a medical communications business, has always had a taste for healthy food.

He said: ‘I don’t do intense exercise. Exercising too much can cause stress on the body and age it.
‘I keep my exercise moderate and gentle: a walk, yoga and some strength training.’
Brandon says he “invests” time in himself, but insists his lifestyle isn’t about living forever, but about maintaining his health for as long as possible.
She added: “I want to feel good. Feeling young is part of looking young. Living forever is not a priority. It’s about maintaining my health.
“I think I look better than I did ten years ago. I feel young physically and emotionally. I think the body follows the mind.”
Brandon said outsiders think his lifestyle must be “exhausting,” but he says it’s easy-going and he still eats treats like chocolate.
She added: ‘I eat chocolate every day. My chocolate is between 92 and 100 percent cocoa. It’s very bitter.
“I’m also quite flexible. If I go out to dinner, I bring bread and olive oil.”
