Ibrahima Konate slammed Arsenal fans after responding to a post about Bukayo Saka’s latest injury setback.
In a blow for the Gunners, Saka left the field against Crystal Palace on Saturday after just 24 minutes while clutching his right hamstring.
It is yet to be confirmed how long the England winger will be out for, but Arsenal fans will be hopeful that the 23-year-old will be available again in the near future.
Meanwhile, Liverpool fans took the opportunity to mock their rivals for the injury and brought up an old post Arsenal fans had made about Konate’s injury.
Last month, after Konate suffered an injury in Liverpool’s win over Real Madrid, an Arsenal fan took to X and wrote: “Rivalry aside, I hope Konate’s injury is serious.”
After Saka’s injury on Saturday, a Liverpool fan responded with a photo of Saka lying on the grass at Selhurst Park and wrote: “Karma is an a****.”

Arsenal star Saka was forced off due to injury during his team’s trip to Selhurst Park.
As rival fans argued, Konate insisted ‘we’re not like them’ when talking about Arsenal fans
However, as the two fans argued online, Konate quickly intervened and suggested that Liverpool fans should not stoop to that level.
Accessing the social media platform, Konate wrote: ‘We are not like them… (eyes emoji), we wish no harm. anyway, In Sha Allah, big 3 points today.
Konate currently remains sidelined and missed Liverpool’s 6-3 demolition of Tottenham on Sunday night, which gave them four points clear at the top.
Mikel Arteta has admitted he is “quite worried” about Saka’s hamstring injury, which saw the winger leave Selhurst Park on crutches.
Arteta said: ‘He (Saka) felt something in his hamstring. He couldn’t continue. It will have to be evaluated. Pretty worried about that.
‘It’s difficult to do that (evaluation) now. They’ve done tests on the inside, but it’s very difficult to say how serious it is.’
The England international, who has contributed five goals and 10 assists in the league, was replaced by his Belgian teammate Leandro Trossard at Selhurst Park.
Arsenal fans will be hoping this is not a recurrence of the hamstring injury he suffered in October.

Konate is currently sidelined after suffering an injury in Liverpool’s victory over Real Madrid.
During the international break that month, the winger was forced to withdraw from the England team after suffering the injury in the clash against Greece.
That hamstring problem kept the 23-year-old sidelined for 39 days, a period which included their disappointing 2-0 defeat to Bournemouth.
With clashes against Man United and rivals Tottenham in the new year, Mikel Arteta will be hoping it won’t be the same problem for the Arsenal player.
