A 70-year-old grandfather has caused a stir on the Internet after revealing his incredible body transformation.
Wojciech Węcławowicz, 70, from Poland, has proven that there is no age limit when it comes to looking and feeling your best.
The 70-year-old retired from his job as a physical education teacher 10 years ago and quickly fell into an inactive routine.
He became frustrated and found himself losing his energy levels and healthy physique.
Not knowing where to start, he asked for the help of his son, Tomasz, who began training with him in the gym.
Now, after years of exercise regimens and eating plans, Wojciech says he’s in better shape than ever.
Now, the 70-year-old has undergone a dramatic body transformation with defined muscles and a six-pack.
After retiring from his job as a physical education teacher, Wojciech Węcławowicz (pictured) fell into an inactive routine and suffered from low energy levels, prompting him to make a change.
The fitness fanatic, who has 375,000 followers on Instagram, recently shared a clip of his transformation, which racked up more than 6.6 million views.
His Instagram bio reads: “Broken at 70. Breaking stereotypes with every repetition.” Join the movement, because what is crushed knows no ages.’
In the clip, he shared a photo of himself at age 61, sitting with his top off and his stomach on display.
Wojciech then appeared to be flexing his muscles and abs as he smiled toward the camera.
He has reportedly played more than twenty different sports, from ice skating and skiing to running and shot put.
Now, her mission is to encourage other people to get in their best shape, regardless of their age.
The fitness fanatic, who recently celebrated his 42nd wedding anniversary, also trains with his wife, Iwona Węcławowicz.
Iwona, 64, has also taken up fitness and uses Instagram to share her journey.
The fitness guru has quickly gained more than 300 thousand followers on Instagram thanks to his transformation.
Now, Wojciech has shared his exercise regimen on social media and encourages others to follow his example.

Iwona has overcome several health problems to become the fitness guru she is today, including a liver tumor, knee and back problems.
The 64-year-old also trains with her son Tomasz Węcławowicz and says consistency is the key to staying fit.
It comes after a man who is “obsessed with becoming a father” lost almost half his body weight by consuming a “carnivore” diet consisting only of meat and eggs in a bid to improve his fertility.
Isaiah Caldwell, 28, of St Louis, Missouri, tipped the scales at 434 pounds at his heaviest, but has now lost a staggering 210 pounds.
She began making lifestyle changes after being told her weight could be causing fertility problems, and now weighs 224 pounds and feels “a million times better.”
Technology salesman Isaiah lost weight by exercising and following the strict carnivore diet, in which his followers abandon everything that does not come from an animal, leaving them with meat, eggs and dairy.
Isaiah, who is 6ft 4in, is now happier and healthier than ever and he and his wife Amanda, 29, are still trying for a baby.
The 70-year-old reportedly enjoys more than 20 different sports and activities in addition to hitting the gym.

The health fanatic aims to break stereotypes about age and fitness, he explained: “breaking stereotypes with every repetition.”
Isaiah said: ‘Having a baby became an obsession of ours; We were very excited about it.
‘We started trying for a year before we started to suspect there might be some issues fertility-wise.
“I knew if there was anything I could do to give us a chance, I would do it.”
Isaiah vowed to start losing weight and immediately went on a diet, giving up all food groups except meat, eggs and dairy.
Isaiah said: ‘People think there’s some magic in this.
“But the reality is you’re just eliminating overeating because it’s very difficult to binge on meat; it’s very restrictive and probably not for everyone.”
Isiah lost 21 pounds after just one month of eating steak and smoked brisket, and said he was “blown away.”
He decided to follow the carnivore diet for another month, lost another 18 pounds, and continued with it until he was down to 368 pounds.

In addition to weight training at the gym, Wojciech also enjoys dancing and weight throwing as a form of exercise.
The 70-year-old can perform a number of impressive tricks that demonstrate his strength, including ironing.
The 70-year-old has turned his life around from an unfit retiree to an active sportsman in incredible shape.
He said: “I felt amazing even after a week; psychologically I felt so much better, my brain fog had completely disappeared.” I felt a million times better.
“But I knew I couldn’t go on like this forever just by eating meat.”
After ten months, he had lost a whopping 118 pounds, after expanding his diet to include some fruit and dairy.
Once the weight loss began to slow, Isaiah decided to delve deeper into the training regimens used by bodybuilders and began meticulously tracking his calorie intake.
He lost another 35 pounds, bringing his total weight loss to 140 pounds total.
Isaiah then continued his calorie deficit to continue losing weight and now weighs around 210 pounds.
And he said, ‘If anyone is thinking that maybe I can’t do it, just know that I felt exactly that way too.’
“It seemed impossible and desperate, but we are all capable of doing it.”
