A woman who was allegedly harassed by Martha in real-life Baby Reindeer fears she will “come back for her” after the Netflix show’s release.
Laura Wray, widow of former Labor MP Jimmy Wray, said she fears for her own safety after being allegedly pursued by Fiona Harvey for five years.
Wray has spoken out for the first time as her alleged stalker re-entered public life for the first time in more than 20 years.
In an interview with the Mirror, the Scottish lawyer said she hadn’t thought about her stalker for years until she saw an interview Harvey did with Piers Morgan earlier this month.
She said: ‘I hadn’t thought about her for years. I had forgotten a lot of that. Every time someone says a comment, it triggers it again.
Attorney Laura Wray was allegedly harassed by a former employee similar to Martha’s character in the new Netflix series Baby Reindeer.

‘Memories of things she did. Some of her actions. She is quite distressing. looking at her last night [on Piers]How did I manage to endure that for so long?’
She continued: ‘My partner and I are worried about what she might do next. Is she going to come for me?
‘She is posting things on Facebook accusing me of all kinds and of being abusive. You don’t know where she’ll end up.
So far, the Mail has chosen not to identify Harvey, instead hiding his name and pixelating his face to protect his privacy. Now that she has made her true identity public, we will name her Fiona Harvey.
Wray claims problems began after he gave Harvey a two-week trial at his Glasgow law firm in 1997.
Wray claimed to have fired Harvey a few days later because he was “completely incapable of good behavior.”
Richard Gadd and Jessica Gunning attended a photo call for a screening in Los Angeles earlier this week.
After being fired, Wray claims she was allegedly harassed by Harvey, known at the time as Fiona Muir.
Wray claimed Harvey bombarded her with phone calls, emails and text messages and even told her “I’m coming to get you” after attending her property in person.
She also claimed that Harvey had reported her to social services for allegedly mistreating her son.
Wray continued: ‘She made a bizarre accusation that I was driving in my car and somehow managed to hit my son who was sitting in the back of the car in the child seat.
“In the end everything was abandoned, but that was when I requested a provisional precautionary measure.

‘Fortunately, it worked. She didn’t defend him. We never heard from her again.
The Daily Record reported that Wray served Harvey with an interim injunction preventing him from contacting the lawyer.
Wray believes he appears indirectly in the Netflix drama through a fictional newspaper headline: “Sick bully attacks lawyer’s deaf son.”
Baby Reindeer has become one of the most-watched Netflix shows of all time since its release on April 11.
It sees Martha, played by Jessica Gunning, clinging to a struggling comedian named Donny Dunn, played by Richard Gadd. Martha is eventually imprisoned.
The program alleges that Dunn’s stalker carried out a relentless campaign of harassment that began after he waited on her in a London pub while working as a bartender.

Harvey claimed that she was the inspiration for the sinister Martha in the Netflix hit written by Scottish comedian Richard Gadd, who also starred in the show.
Gadd was subjected to a real-life ordeal of harassment while working in a London pub.
Harvey has denied harassing Gadd, sexually assaulting him or attacking his girlfriend.
Wray went on to say that she was surprised by the fact that Netflix “did not attempt to hide the stalker’s identity.”
He added: “Even if he wasn’t mentally ill, if you’re making a show presented as a true story where people are still alive and could be harmed, there’s a duty of care.” But she obviously seems mentally ill. They haven’t done enough to protect her from it.
He said the similarities between Martha and her stalker were striking, adding: “It was obvious to me and a lot of other people that she was my stalker.” They made her a lawyer.
41,000 emails, 350 hours of voicemails, 744 tweets, 48 Facebook messages and 106 letters are what Netflix alleges Harvey bombed Gadd with.
In the show, Martha goes to court and pleads guilty to stalking and intimidating Donny.
‘That detail had no relation to the story. They could have made her a doctor or an accountant.
Addressing the fact that Martha was jailed for nine months at the end of Baby Reindeer after pleading guilty to stalking Dunn, Wray said Harvey had never been charged with a crime.
He concluded that the series was a “work of fiction” and said: “That is completely false, very, very defamatory of me, very damaging to my career.”
However, Harvey has disputed many of Wray’s claims.
Speaking on Piers Morgan Uncensored, she said she was “hounded” by Wray and was not fired from his law firm.
She also claimed it was “nonsense” for Harvey to have served her with a ban since she didn’t file the paperwork properly.
MailOnline has contacted representatives for Richard Gadd and Netflix for comment.
