A British woman has shared her surprise after leaving her young daughter with her mother, only to return with her head shaved.

She said: ‘I left my daughter at my mother’s house. It was a normal routine. Everything was normal.
“So I went to London and we went out to have fun and then I got a message in the (family) group chat and they sent me a video of this kid who looks like my son: bald. I’m like ‘what?’
“I was touching the video to see it but it didn’t load and I could only see River’s photo. She has a bald head. Like there’s a lot going on right now.”
Tawana said a bout of “confusion” forced her to leave the event early, after which she went to a hotel to calm down.
