A bus driver has told how his earnings “almost doubled” after he quit his job to pursue his “dream” of gardening. business.

Sydney-based Rameshinder Jassal decided to step away from the transport industry to launch his own VIP Lawns & Gardens Franchise – something anyone can do.

He said he wanted to start a new business so he could be his own boss, which would give him a better work-life balance, financial freedom and a more flexible schedule.

“I can organise my work hours according to my family commitments,” Rameshinder said.

“I have more free time and my income has almost doubled.”

As he grows his lucrative business, Rameshinder said he hopes to hire employees in the future so he can have more quality time with his family.

And he’s not the only franchisee who wanted more family time.
