A fitness influencer has lifted the lid on the “lazy girl lunch” that helped her lose 140 pounds and keep it off.
Felicia Keathley, 27, from California, has more than 477,000 followers on Instagram, where she shares her workouts and recipes for her favorite high-protein, low-calorie meals.
The mother of three, known as @feliciafitnesshealthwent viral after revealing his must-have three-ingredient lunch that only takes a few minutes to prepare.

In the video, Keathley put a cup of low-fat cottage cheese in a bowl and topped it with a quarter cup of cheddar cheese.
The third and final ingredient was four ounces of blackened chicken strips, which she cooked in a deep fryer at 400 degrees for about eight minutes.
After adding the chicken to the mixture, she stirred it and was ready to eat.
‘That’s all! Takes 10 minutes to make and keeps me full for so long! she concludes.
Keathley’s video has been viewed more than 248,000 times and received nearly 200 comments since it was posted on July 6.

However, some people were put off by cottage cheese and didn’t think they would like it.
“I really can’t imagine eating chicken and cottage cheese together…that thought makes my stomach turn,” one person said.
“I love this lunch idea. I just wish I liked cottage cheese. It’s the texture I can’t handle,” someone else agreed.

Keathley, who hovers between 155lbs and 175lbs, has maintained her weight loss for nearly six years

“Once I started eating meals that I enjoyed and looked forward to, that’s when I was finally able to succeed.”

“Skin removal doesn’t automatically solve all your issues and your body image, but it has helped me tremendously with my confidence,” she explained.
“It felt like the last chapter I needed in my weight loss journey.”
