A woman who claims to have “the biggest lips in the world” admitted she got even more filler to “even things out.”
Andrea Ivanova, 26, from Bulgaria, said she had been injected with the dissolvable substance into both sides of her nose to avoid looking “aged” and “preserve a youthful face.”
The social media influencer, who recently made headlines for undergoing six procedures in a single day as an “experiment,” also revealed that doctors had warned her that the extra filler could “endanger her life.”
However, at the same time, he claimed his current surgeon recommended the £437 procedure was “very important” as part of preventive measures to prevent future facial wrinkles.
She explained: ‘My doctor said it’s very important [to have filler] in these areas as if there were none, then, as the years go by, my face will look aged.

The content creator said she had the dissolvable substance injected into her face to avoid looking “aged” and “preserve a youthful face” (pictured: Andrea, a day before her procedure).
‘As I have a lot of filler in my lips, as well as my cheekbones, there is a build-up of filler on both sides of my face, which causes wrinkles.
“These delicate areas need to be hydrated and injected to keep them fresh and young.”
Although the former psychology student, who spent more than £20,000 on lip fillers alone, lamented the “sweet pain” the procedure caused, she was pleased with the “wonderful” results.
Andrea is known for her voluptuous lips and sharp cheeks after numerous filler jobs.
Andrea, who had become an expert in cosmetic technique, had noticed that her nasolabial wrinkles were “getting worse” before the augmentation.
And despite having my mind set on solving this problem, I had some initial concerns.
She said: ‘This area is quite dangerous for injection as the sinuses are located there, as well as many blood vessels.
‘It is possible that if they become blocked, the situation could be life-threatening.
She also revealed that doctors had warned her that the extra filler could be “life-threatening” (pictured: Andrea before undergoing any surgery).

“Although it is dangerous, in my opinion, it is essential to inject this area to preserve a youthful face.”
Despite his surgeon’s continued concerns, he has since been told that in order to continue with the extreme transformation, some necessary steps must be taken.
Andrea added: “My doctor is worried about tissue necrosis in my lips, but as long as I’m careful and remember to hydrate, I’ll be fine.”
‘It’s hard to smile and I need to drink a lot of water as hyaluronic acid acts like a sponge.
‘I can’t rub my face vigorously with my hands when I wash it or make sudden movements on the newly injected areas.
“But I will have my nasolabial folds re-injected because I want my lips and cheeks to be fuller.”

It seems Andrea is interested in having more cosmetic procedures despite warnings from medical professionals that they could be dangerous to her health (Andrea is pictured before the procedure).
Andrea is willing to continue with the facial procedures despite warnings from several members of the medical staff.
She explained: “They are convinced that I am also going too far with the augmentation of my cheekbones, but I am absolutely sure that I will continue with these procedures without stopping.”
In a bid to achieve her dream look, Andrea recently underwent six “experiment” procedures in a single day, spending £830 on the invasive process.
Her long list of treatments included shaping, chin enlargement and lengthening, jaw shaping and lip augmentation, as well as cheekbone enhancement, all at once.
Andrea revealed that it was extreme and confessed that she had previously only had a maximum of three needles in her face at a time.

The social media influencer even had to find a doctor in Germany to perform the procedure on February 21, 2024, as her regular surgeon flatly refused.
And although Andrea was excited about the experience, she confessed that it had been extremely painful, more so than usual.
“Right now my whole face hurts and my jaw and chin hurt a lot,” he said.
“I find it difficult to smile because of the pain in my cheekbones and I have a pulling sensation on my face.”
However, she believes this sensation is normal after treatment because “the filler has not settled into place.”
