Kerry Katona has revealed she is struggling with her mental health and has made an appointment with the doctor.
The reality TV personality, 40, who suffers from bipolar disorder, discussed the difficult time in her New! column in the magazine, praising Dr. Alex George for taking time off from work to take care of his health.
She encouraged people to seek help when they need it, saying that it is “so important to acknowledge when you need a break.”
