And now friends close to Nikki say she was left feeling “shocked” and “sad” while watching the show as Sean admitted to betraying her, including with one of her clients after he claimed: “One lucky lady wanted more than candy, so I got the sweet D.”
He also admitted his infidelities during a game of Never Have I Ever, where he said: ‘It was two years into our relationship, I had disconnected and went crazy and told another girl… you learn from your mistakes.’
The scenes have been painful to watch for Nikki, whose friends have revealed that she is “embarrassed” to discover that her biggest fears during their romance have been proven true.

A source told MailOnline: ‘Sean has completely humiliated Nikki, the last thing she expected when he was announced for Love Island was to confess to cheating on her.
“She has been so shocked and saddened by his confessions, which is not easy with the whole nation watching and obviously their friends and family know they were together for four years so they can dictate timings.
‘Nikki believed they had a strong relationship but now she doubts that connection… She had her suspicions over the years, which have been confirmed in the worst way possible.’
Sean admitted during one of his promotional videos for the show: ‘I’ve actually had a solo delivery before with a very sweet ending for someone.
“Basically, it was a personal delivery back in the day, one lucky lady wanted something other than candy, so she got candy D.”
Sean founded his confectionery business Sweet Delivery three years ago during the time he was in a relationship with Nikki.
He began dating the beautician when she was 17 and the former couple enjoyed several holidays together in Dubai.
While speaking to his co-stars, Sean expressed remorse for the betrayal and promised that he would not be disloyal to his partner again.
