An Iranian who escaped to the safety of Australia is planning a daring mission to return home and overthrow the government.
Perth engineer Hashem Piltan has spent decades planning his return to Iran armed with a new constitution meticulously created by himself.
Piltan told WhatsNew2Day Australia he is not afraid of dying in Iran and has taken steps to ensure his planned uprising goes ahead whether he is dead or alive.

Iran is currently on the verge of entering into an all-out war with Israel after the Islamic Republic launched a drone and missile attack against it last week.
Iran claimed the strikes came in response to a drone attack in early April in Syria.It left 12 Iranians, including two high-ranking generals, dead.
Israel responded on Friday AEST, carrying out strikes against a target in the city of Isfahan.
Piltan said he was committed to freeing the Iranian people from the “shackles of theocracy” and helping them achieve the democracy they have long sought.
‘I’m happy they killed me… This regime has to go. I’m just taking a trip. “People can say what they want,” he said.
‘This regime is attacking other countries. They recently attacked their neighbors with missiles… The Iranian people say: “We don’t want them. We don’t support them.”
From the outside, Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei appears to have enjoyed renewed popularity following Iran’s attacks on Israel.
His supporters carried banners supporting him in the streets after the drone attacks.
But Piltan said most Iranians oppose the war.
“If a large part of the Iranians come out and say ‘we don’t want war. We don’t want this regime, “so any government around the world that decides to maintain connections with this regime will choose its friend,” he said. .
‘This regime is attacking other countries… you are supporting this regime. They’re developing long-range missiles, they’re developing nuclear bombs, and they’re not going to blow up the Atlantic Ocean to make it more fun. “You are supporting this regime and the Iranian people say they don’t want it.”

Piltan said the power of the people united in peaceful protest would be enough to overthrow the regime.
‘Hold hands. The energy you get from holding hands (1000 people holding hands) no bullet can knock them down. No bomb can ruin them. It’s impossible,’ he stated.
Piltan believes that the regime will collapse within 10 hours of his plans being distributed to the people.
“If at the end of these 10 hours the regime did not do it, the top leaders did not leave, they have made a mistake,” he stated.
‘It is a mistake to stand in front of these people and try to kill them. This time it will be their bloodshed… I will take them out. Even if they kill me.

Hashem Piltan arrived in Australia in 2013, but is interested in returning to Iran and overthrowing the government.
Piltan intends to ask Iranians to use their vehicles as weapons of exchange, parking them on the streets and obstructing means of transportation.
“Everyone should look at the quality of their cars and, if they are not happy, leave them on the street diagonally, blocking traffic. The last car in the building’s parking lot should park on the ramp and block the way pedestrian,” he wrote in a dossier containing his 16 “strategies.
While the plan is a peaceful transition, Piltan intends to prepare people to fight.
‘Surrendering after shooting people has never been considered a surrender. It’s now or never. MERCILESSLY. Remember that no one is allowed to act violently without seeing violent action from the opposite side,” she wrote.
