A man who bought a £325 derelict storage unit soon discovered he had hit the jackpot, after stumbling upon £56,000 worth of designer clothing contained inside.
Wade Venture, 37, from Portland, Oregon, bought the unit for just £325 while it was at auction on March 27, with little idea what it contained, even after seeing some snaps of its driveway.
However, when she finally opened it, she discovered a hidden treasure, as it was filled to the brim with stylish designer items worth £56,000.
Among the piles of high-end items were 400 pairs of footwear, including brands like Gucci and Coach.
On top of that, the content creator found fur coats worth £6,380 and other brand new items with their price tags still attached.

Wade, who shares his finds online at @wadesventures, estimated the loot was worth around £56,000 in total.
He had purchased between 400 and 500 units in the past, and with much of the contents going to charity, he is not easily surprised by what he finds inside.
However, even with his practiced eye, Wade found himself completely caught off guard by his recent haul.
He said: “People think I’ve been doing this for so long that I’ve seen it all, but I’ve never come across a unit like this before.”
‘Normally I find things that are 30% new and 70% used, but this was all new. It was such an incredible experience, I was so shocked. “Units like this are really rare and special.”
Since his brilliant discovery, Wade has started reselling items, and bought one coat second-hand for around £1,188.
He commented: ‘It is rare to find a unit like that in particular, often household items or rubbish are found.
“More than likely she had a shopping problem; people speculated that perhaps she was hiding it from her husband.”
Wade believes the previous owner may have had a shopping addiction and was perhaps hiding the designer items from her husband.

Among the contents of the auctioned warehouse were boxes of unused designer shoes.

“I wasn’t just buying run-of-the-mill stuff, I was shopping at Macy’s and JCPenney.”
Due to the abandonment of storage units, it is rare to know anything about their previous owner.
Wade added: “There were expensive Gucci shoes and purchases; it could be that I didn’t have the money.”
Or he could have died. Another common problem is that they move to a different state.”
It comes after Tennessee-based content creator Halle revealed that the storage unit that held all of her personal belongings unexpectedly closed while she was on vacation in Europe last year and she discovered that all of her items had been displaced.
