Hauser and Okuneye would have fled before the police arrived, but Lenzner was able to give officers a license plate.

They were arrested a few blocks away and are expected to be called on Monday.

Witnesses allegedly accused Lenzner of provoking the attack by pointing to his hat, but police say Lenzner was not physically involved in the incident.
