A man died after being hit by a train at a busy station in a horrible accident.
The 53-year-old had got off the train at 1.20 a.m. on Saturday at Hurlstone Park Railway Station, in inland Sydney.
When the train left the station, he met the man before sending him on the tracks.

Local police and paramedics attended the creepy scene and tried to perform CPR on the man.
He was transported to Royal Prince Alfred Hospital in critical condition and died shortly thereafter.
The train driver and train watch have carried out mandatory tests.
When the police investigated the scenes, the train services running through the station were delayed by about an hour.
The police will prepare a report for the coroner.
