Mick Jagger has sparked a long-standing sex scandal rumour about Justin Trudeau’s mother during a Rolling Stones concert in Vancouver.
The 80-year-old rock and roll star was booed by the crowd at BC Place stadium on July 5 when he praised the Canadian prime minister on stage.
But he appeared to poke fun at his mother Margaret Trudeau and the time she spent partying with the Rolling Stones in the 1970s.
“We love your Mr. Trudeau,” Jagger said to a chorus of boos. “His family has always been a big fan of our band.”
This sparked more rumours about the Canadian politician’s mother after former President Donald Trump allegedly accused Margaret of sleeping with all of the Rolling Stones.

Jagger referenced Trudeau during an onstage conversation with fans and was surprised by the reaction.
He stood there stunned for a few seconds before going on to praise the Canadian football team for reaching the semi-finals of the Copa America.
Trump made the outrageous comments about Trudeau’s mother, Margaret, to former White House press secretary Stephanie Grisham, according to his memoir.
“Once, on Air Force One, I was sitting with him in his cabin and for some reason — perhaps he had read something or seen his face on television — Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau popped into the president’s head,” she wrote.
She said Trump asked her, “Is it OK if I say this?” which Grisham noted was “always a troubling question.”
“Who knew what was going to come out of his mouth? Of course, I nodded,” Grisham said.
The message read: “Trudeau’s mother. She fucked all the Rolling Stones.”
Actress Margaret attended a private Rolling Stones concert in Toronto on March 4, 1977, the same day she and former Prime Minister Pierre Elliott Trudeau were celebrating their sixth wedding anniversary.

She also partied with the band, sparking rumors of a romantic connection between her and Jagger.
But the Rolling Stones frontman denied the rumours at the time, saying: “It’s really embarrassing. It’s just not true, you know?”
“She just came for a two-night gig, she just wanted to have a good time, I don’t know.”
He took issue with the press coverage of the rumours, adding: “Basically, they have nothing to talk about, you know? So they start all this, they blow this whole thing up…”
“I mean she should be able to do whatever she wants, I don’t want to get her in trouble. I mean, she just wanted to watch the shows and that was it, that was it.
“It’s a bit ridiculous, honestly, it’s absurd. As far as I’m concerned, it’s very annoying.”
Margaret and her husband announced their separation in May of that year before formally divorcing in 1984.

He became the first sitting prime minister to go through a separation while in office and took custody of his three children.
His eldest son, Justin, became his second in August 2023 after announcing that he and his wife Sophie announced they would be separating after 18 years of marriage.
The couple announced the decision in statements posted on Instagram, adding that they would vacation as a family.
They met as children, when she was a classmate of his younger brother, Michel, and reunited as adults when they co-hosted a charity gala in 2003.
Justin and Sophie have three children: Xavier, 16, Ella-Grace, 15, and Hadrien, 10.
