Hulk Hogan won’t think twice about taking legal action if Ben Affleck and Matt Damon go too far in making a new movie about his sex tape scandal, according to a new report.
Earlier this week it was reported that Affleck, 51, and Damon, 53, had optioned a script about Hogan’s infamous legal battle against Gawker, a film titled Killing Gawker. Affleck is rumored to be playing Hogan in the film.
TMZ reports that Hulk (real name Terry Bollea) has no involvement in the film, has not been in contact with Affleck and Damon about the project and so far feels “indifferent” about the project.
But all that could change if Hulk, 70, feels his court-approved privacy is violated in the film, and the site says he “will not hesitate” to explore his legal options if the movie oversteps his boundaries.
Experts say Hulk “is in a very good place in his life right now.”
