Hugh Jackman continues to concern fans with unusual Instagram posts after split from wife Deborra-Lee Furness: ‘You may need to talk to some of your real friends’

Hugh Jackman has continued to cause concern among his fans with his unusual selfies.

The Australian actor posted an image of himself looking thoughtfully into the camera on Instagram on Thursday alongside a caption that simply read: “Hello.”

While innocent enough, the post caused some fans to worry that Hugh wasn’t at his best.

‘Hello, are you ok?’ one person wrote in the comments, while another said: ‘Are you okay? Maybe you need to talk to some of your real friends.

‘I’m glad to see you happy, but I don’t know why even though you smile I see your sad eyes!’ another worried.

Fans have been repeatedly left confused after the Oscar-nominated actor posted a strange series of photos on his Instagram page lately.

The Australian star, 55, shared two close-up photos of himself and a second clip of a flat on his social media page this week.

In one photo, Hugh had his eyes closed in what appeared to be a public place. He captioned the post: ‘More!’

Many of Hugh’s followers were quick to share their confusion with the post in the comments section.

‘Nice flat Hugh???’ wrote one fan.

“I absolutely love how you post whatever the mood, that’s why I admire the sm.”

‘Since the end of last year, your content has been, how do I say this? It’s so random but fun so keep it up,” another follower commented.

“Bro can’t sleep and now he posts random pictures of himself in the middle of the night,” one said.

“Looks like half the photos in my library, posed, confusing, and a lot of ground/grass videos,” one fan wrote along with laughing emojis.

Another follower simply asked: ‘Are you okay?’

Last year, Hugh announced he had separated from his wife Deborra-Lee Furness in September after 27 years of marriage.

The former couple revealed to their fans that they had separated “to pursue our individual growth.”

‘We have been fortunate to share almost three decades together in a wonderful and loving marriage. “Our journey is now changing and we have decided to separate to pursue our individual growth,” the couple said in a statement obtained by PEOPLE.

‘Our family has been and always will be our top priority. We face this next chapter with gratitude, love and kindness. We greatly appreciate your understanding in respecting our privacy as our family navigates this transition.”

The former couple signed the statement as “Deb and Hugh Jackman” and added: “This is the only statement any of us will make.”

The couple married in 1996 after crossing paths on the set of Correlli in 1995.

During the course of their marriage, they adopted two children: son Oscar, 23, and daughter Ava, 18.
